WINTER VEGGIE BAKE
1 can
cream mushroom or chicken soup
½ cup sour
cream
½ tsp dill
weed
2 -16 oz
pkg winter vegetables (broc/cauli/carrots)
Topping;
2/3 cup
crushed wheat crackers (about 15)
2 Tblsp melted
butter
1/3 cup
finely chopped walnuts
¼ cup
shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat
oven to 300 degrees.
Combine
soup, sour cream, seasoning and thawed vegetables in large bowl. Spread in
square baking pan. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
In small
bowl, mix topping ingredients. Uncover vegetables, sprinkle topping over them
and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for additional 15 minutes or till browned.
