GRANDMA MARTHA’S SPRITZ COOKIES
ORIGINAL DOUBLED
1 cup soft butter 1 lb soft butter
2/3 cup sugar 1 1/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks 6 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp vanilla
2 ˝ cups flour 5 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar. Add
egg yolks, vanilla. Add flour one cup at a time. If you use a Kitchen Aid
mixer, use the dough paddle.
Put into spritz cookie press
and press onto ungreased pan.
Bake: 400 degrees, 8 – 9 minutes depending on
cookie design. Store in metal can to keep crisp.
