2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese

4 oz blue cheese

1 Tblsp mayonnaise

3 Tblsp minced onion

3 Tblsp; finely chopped celery

2 – 8 liberal shakes of Tabasco Sauce

Combine and form into two long logs.

Serve at room temperature.

Keeps forever in refrigerator.
