Cream Cheese Jell-O with Pineapple

Ingredients

1 6 oz package orange flavor Jell-O

2 cups boiling water

1 8 oz package softened cream cheese

1 15 oz can crushed pineapple

1 cup pineapple juice

½ cup cold water

Directions

Dissolve Jell-O with boiling water then whisk in softened cream cheese until thoroughly blended. Then add crushed pineapple with juice and cold water. Pour into 6 cup mold and refrigerate until set.
