CRACKERS

 

 

1 cup flour

2 Tblsp unsalted butter

½ tsp salt

¼ cup cold water

½ tsp baking powder

 

Blend in mixer.  Add any herbs or special seasoning now. (2 Tblsp chopped sweet nicely is great if served with asparagus soup).  Add up to ¼ cup water.  Roll out on floured board to 1/8 inch.  Poke holes in dough to vent steam.  Cut into amazing shapes.  Place in baking pan.

 

BAKE:  350 degrees, 10-15 minutes or till golden brown
