ASPARAGUS & HAM APPETIZERS

 

 

25 – 30 cooked asparagus spears

2 Tblsp mayonnaise

4 Tblsp grainy mustard

2 tsp orange juice concentrate

15 thin slices of ham

 

Pat asparagus spears with paper towels to absorb some of the moisture.

Stir together mayonnaise, mustard and orange juice concentrate.

Cut ham slices in half, spread thinly with mustard mixture and lay asparagus at a short end. Roll the ham around the asparagus and place on platter.
